Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using piccadillyradio261.co.uk, including listening to our live stream, browsing our archive, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About this project
Piccadilly Radio 261 is an independent, non-profit heritage project run by former listeners, created to preserve the memory of Piccadilly Radio (1974–1988). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Bauer Media Group or any current or former rights-holder of the Piccadilly Radio name. Our archive content is presented for heritage and educational purposes; our live streams and contemporary programming are original, present-day productions inspired by that era. See our About page for more.
Acceptable use
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt our live stream, servers, or website; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site; or use the site to transmit anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
Music licensing
All music played on our live stream is broadcast under the relevant PRS for Music and PPL licences held for UK internet radio. We take our licensing obligations seriously as part of running this station responsibly.
Intellectual property
The Piccadilly Radio 261 name, logo, and original site content are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't reproduce, redistribute, or claim our original content as your own without permission.

Where we allow comments (such as on our blog), you agree to keep them respectful and relevant. We reserve the right to remove any comment or content we consider inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful.

Donations made through our Donate page are voluntary contributions to help support running the station. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider.
